Can I order custom 3D designs?

What is the turnaround time for orders?
Turnaround times depend on the complexity and size of each project, but we strive to deliver high-quality prints as quickly as possible. Small or simple orders can often be completed same-day or next-day. Medium-sized or moderately complex projects usually take a few days, while larger, more intricate orders may require a few weeks.
What if I have a technical question?

Our preferred file formats are STL and 3MF. We also accept other formats such as STEP and OBJ, which will be converted to STL or 3MF before printing. If you don’t have a 3D model, we can design one for you.
Yes. If required, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any work begins.
